Hi,

Thank you very much for this new version !

I observe a first bug. The program crashes and closes when the mesh is generated (T3 mesh -> Run)

Regards

Florent

Changing this to it's own topic.

Odd... I'll try it out. Thanks for reporting it!

Kindly,
Alan

It works for me!

Looks like you are doing something different than me and/or have different data. Therefore it is likely something specific.

Can you please try to narrow down exactly what steps cause the problem and send me as simple a set of reproducible steps and example data as you can?

Sorry for the troubles!

Kindly,
Alan

Same issue.

I just create a closed line, set it as outline of T3 mesh generator, it "run" -> Crash at "Initialize new mesh attribut"

I can reproduce now. Different options between what I ran and what you ran.

I'll debug to see what's going on internally...

Kindly,
Alan

Try turning "Auto Smooth Mesh" off. Do you still get a crash?

No crash with "Auto Smooth" unchecked but generated mesh is broken.

Not all outline geometry generates a broken mesh...

The Auto Smooth Mesh option is definitely the broken issue.

The "broken" mesh is a long time numerical problem that has been around since before I started maintaining Blue Kenue. Try adding a small epsilon to your growth ratio or a small epsilon to your default edge length. And try running again. What happens?

Changing growth ratio has no effect on generated mesh at all :(

As it is a uniform mesh with 10m cell size, it seems normal that growth ratio has no effect.
