Hi Alan!

I have a suggestion for improving the colorscale properties dialog box.
It would be great if it would be possible to "Copy" the properties of a given colorscale (number of classes, colors, bounds) and "Paste" them into a new colorscale in order to clone it. This would allow to dramatically speed-up workflow of result analysis if willing to compare several results files at the same time. This is basically exactely what can be done in Paraview for example.

I know that it is possible to save the colorscale definition in a file and to load it, but this is rather cumbersome to use when analyzing several result files at the same time and keep changing colorscale definition all the time (which I often do!).

What do you think, would that be possible to implement without too much work?

Maybe double check that it does, indeed, do what you're looking for with the colour scale. If it doesn't then just let me know and I'll add something related to the colour scale.

While being at it, I go for it: would you think it would be possible to make the Copy/Paste Display Style available by right-clicking on a mesh object, rather than (or in addition) by accessing the Edit menu?

It would save some mouse running distance...
