I hope this finds you safe and well.

I am using DRAGFO subroutine using Telemac-2D to simulate a tidal turbine. I would like to visualise /present the results in way that shows the effects of the drag /turbine using BK. Any recommendation, please?

Have a look at the 5 types of time series that BK supports. Try to output your data in, I believe, a type 5 time series file. Check the user manual and/or the CHyMS Public Download Area for examples of files.
