I use version 3.5.1 of BlueKenue ，but I cannot import my mike21mesh，why？

You're lucky to have this version as the one available for download on the CHC website is the version 3.3.4...
Unless this new version has some new capabilities, in my version, I cannot import a mike21 mesh. Maybe you have to convert the mesh into a new format which will be readable by Blue Kenue. I'm not sure that the mike21 mesh file format are public ...

That sounds logical!
I suppose that mike 21 mesh file is a proprietary file (probably binary) then if the dedicated reader wasn't implemented in BK, you cannot read it directly.
Try to export the mesh in SMS 2DM mesh of in trigrid ngh file if it's possible

correction, the file is in ascii...
It could be open with a text editor but the first line is maybe misunderstood by Kenue...

It appears that format of this file is slightly different than previous .mesh files I have encountered.

Has DHI changed their file format?

Hello,

enclosed the Mike-Blue Kenue mesh in t3s format.
My ca. 2 years old script works well with this mesh file but it ignores the first line. So at least the rest of the Mike mesh file must have the same structure.

That makes sense Clemens...
Blue Kenue expects the number of nodes as the first field in record 1 followed by a short coordinate system spec. (64 characters only)

dctcat2008: In order to use Blue Kenue to load this file, remove everything but 49491 from the first record.
