Hello everyone,
I actually work in v8p2r0 version. In my simulation, i use the advection scheme 14. When i run this simulation, the maximum number of iterations for the advection scheme is reached many times. So I tried to increase the maximum limit of the number of iterations (default: 50). But when I use the keyword: MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ITERATIONS FOR ADVECTION SCHEMES. I get the following error message: "Unknown keyword MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ITERATIONS FOR ADVECTION SCHEMES in steering file t2d.cas". What can i do, please ?

Hi,
The time-step of my initial simulation was 0.5. I tried to reduce the time-step to 0.2 and 0.1 but the result is the same.

You should analyse your results (save all the time steps when the problem occurs).
There is probably a local instability which leads to this problem which doesn't change even if you reduce the time step...
