New features for all programmes version 7.0
Discontinuous elements have been partly added to library bief. They were so far treated by the BIEF_OBJ component DIMDISC. We now have:
15: piece-wise linear triangle element (3 values per element, with discontinuities at interfaces between triangles)
16: piece-wise quasi-bubble triangle element (4 values per element, with discontinuities at interfaces between triangles)
17: piece-wise quadratic triangle element (6 values per element, with discontinuities at interfaces between triangles)
These elements are understood by subroutine bief_allvec and a few vector subroutines. The first example of such elements is ZFLATS in telemac-2D (see in propag.f how it is built and e.g. in vc13aa.f how it is recognised and treated).
