If you're trying to find information then:
1. Search the Reference Manual for what you are trying to do. If you find something then read that section of the manual. But if that section doesn't help you, then keep searching the manual and reading other section(s).
2. Search the forum to see if an answer already exists and read the thread of answers. Maybe something will be there that will help you.
3. Search CHyMS (see #13135) to see if an answer already exists.
4. If none of these things work for you, then post a forum message and let us know what you tried searching for and that you didn't find it. This way we can improve the Reference Manual for other people who have the same question(s).

If you want to let us know about problems or new things:
1. use the Telemac forum to post something
2. use the Telemac forum to send a private message
3. send us an email
4. request free access to the Blue Kenue Community project on CHyMS.

Remember:
1. When asking for help be specific and let people know what you have already tried. For example, if something went wrong then explain:
  • The exact steps you tried
  • What you expected to happen
  • What you actually saw happen
  • And attach a small data file to your post so that it can be used to reproduce what happened. Note that the data can be real or artificial as long as it properly demonstrates the observed fault.
2. If you don't know how to ask a clear question, review websites that can help you, such as How To Ask A Question On The Internet

Which option is easiest for you?
- Posting a message to the Telemac forum

Which option is easiest for me?
- Tracking new suggestions and new bugs via CHyMS

Why might you want to make my life easier rather than your life?
- If I am spending less time trying to keep track of things then I can spend more time actually doing things... um... like fixing bugs

To Access CHyMS
To access the new Blue Kenue Community project on CHyMS or to download a file from CHyMS go to chyms.nrc.gc.ca and login with
- a limited read-only account: "Public.User"
- having password: "anonymous"

To download a BETA or ALPHA version of Blue Kenue
- Access CHyMS
- Go to the Public Download Area

To download a RELEASE version of Blue Kenue
- Same process as the BETA or ALPHA
- OR, google "Blue Kenue" and download directly from NRC's website

Kindly,
Alan

PS Reporting something does not automatically mean that it will be done! It does, however, mean that you are making us aware of something. Then we can take it into account during our planning process(es). Reporting something also means that we will do our best to find a way to incorporate your ideas into funded projects in the future...

PPS You must use a modern browser supporting TLS 1.3 in order to connect to CHyMS. For supported browsers, see, for example, caniuse.com/?search=TLS%201.3
