open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I have unloaded Blue Kenue from www.nrc-cnrc.gc.ca/eng/solutions/advisory/blue_kenue_index.html
and try to install it ,but an error occurred .

any ideas?

Hi Xiaona,

It seems to me that you tried to install the 64bit version of Blue Kenue, but your OS is 32bit. Download and install the 32bit version.

I am sure that my OS is 64bit,

it means that my system type is a 64 - bit operating system.

In fact, i have unload BlueKenueInstaller3.3.4 and the same error appears,

It appears to be a tricky problem... It could be related to the language of your OS. This is something the developers of BK could assist you with.

Edit: If you are out of ideas, you could try to download and reinstall the Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x64) from Official Microsoft Download Center.
