Why can't the geo file be uploaded?

Hi Hong,

Try to compress the geo file as a zip or rar format, and then try to upload it.
May be the file is too big to get uploaded.

Even if the compressed file is bigger than for example 5 mb, then you may use a file sharing account such as google drive to share it, and give the share link in your post. For sharing in google drive you will need to have a gmail account.

Based on the geo file and bc file I posted earlier, the results seem not correct in my cas.

I have some questions to be answered:

1)I defined two control sections to export flowrate and they are located at upstream and downstream respectively. The problem is why the flowrate of inflow is negative while that of outflow is positive?

2)Without any tributary, why the flowrates of upsteam and downstream are not equivalent.In fact, the flowrate of upstream is very close to the values in liquid boundary file.
I wonder what reasons for the unreasonable results.

3)In the result file, how is the "RELATIVE ERROR IN VOLUME" calculated?——Which subroutine should be turned to?

Inside Telemac, the flowrate is negative at entrances and positive at outputs, this is due to the fact that we always have a normal vector to the boundary pointing outwards. This is for internal computations, and the flowrate given at entrances by the user is positive, which is more natural, hence what is given on listings is the contrary of what I say here (the listing says >0 : entering, <0 : exiting). Any difference between flowrates at entrance and exit may be due to unsteady flow. You need also to have the keyword : CONTINUITY CORRECTION : YES in your steering file to have a correct evaluation of flowrate at the exit. The relative error in volume is computed in bilan.f (library telemac-2D). The relative error is roughly all the water lost divided by the mass in the domain (see the subroutine for details).

Thanks a lot. I have uploaded the geo file,but I'm not sure it is right or not,

especially at those parts the T3 mesh and channel mesh joins(i.e.upstream and downstream boundaries).

Besides, I found the results generated in my case is quite weird.That is, the velocties at downsteam boundary is large.

Would you please take a look at my case?
