Hi,there.

The following error message kept rising up:

ELEBD: ERROR OF NUMBERING IN THE ELEMENT:2147483647
POSSIBLE REASON:
THE BOUNDARY CONDITION FILE IS NOT
RELEVANT TO THE GEOMETRY FILE

I regenerated geo fiel and bc file several times and be sure they match ,but still doesn't work.

Could someone please give me some hint about the problem?

minmin	do you mean there is some useless lines in the wrong mesh? but i do from the very beginning, only one channel,three lines: the right bank ,left bank and the thalweg. the generated mesh only added the boundary. i still met the problem, can you give me some advice? thank you very much for your reply!

hong	Yes, after I deleted the wrong line and regenerated the mesh, everything was Ok then. Can you upload a picuture of your mesh?

minmin	Thank you for your reply.I have set different default edge length, but few can run correctly, the most frequency result is the boundary condition file is not relevant to the geometry file. here in the attachment, i set the default edge length as 50 Attachments: h452c005.jpg (125KB)
