Hi,

I'm generating a mesh with an outline some densities and hardlines. When I run it, I have this message :

FATAL ERROR: unable to continue
Minimum Edge Length = 0.0000

I make some tests to find the file causing this problem. I tried to mesh just with an outline and one hardline (see the hardline in attachments) and I have the same error message. I don't understand what is wrong in this hardline... Does somebody know why?

File Name: Resampledrte_Boyard_1a.zip
File Size: 7 KB

hello,

you may have two nodes at the same place, which you can't see graphically ... this type of error could give you zero-edge lenght.

Hope this helps,
Sébastien.

And do you know why I have two nodes in the same place? How can I check it? How can I avoid it? Because it's a resampled line, the points are automatically generated when I create the resampled line...

Hi
It's a resampled line OK but the original data could have two nodes at the same place...
I'm not sure this was check by BK.

The last point of the line is a double point!

How did you check it in BK?

I have check it manually in a text editor and it comes the native file (not resampled).
It could be a new test to encode in a future version of BK.

Thank you for the help

Hi Nicolas,

Are you using the latest version of BlueKenue? (V3.3.4)

I thought I had fixed that bug :-(

Hi Martin,

I'm sorry but I'm using the latest version V3.3.4 in 64...
I have checked each line one by one in a text editor and delete the double points to solve the problem.
