Hello
I have Bluekenue version (V3.11.10)
when I load files of workspace, .xyz file
for .xyz file, it gives an error(error while loading)
for loading workspace, the error is given in the attached images
I have used v3.3 4, I did not have a problem like that.

your help is appreciated

Try the most recent version of Blue Kenue

As of 2021/08/08 it is BK 3.12.2-alpha

Hi,

we are getting the same error on all our computers, also when we are using the newest version of BK. I double-checked the ensim file and tried different ways for referencing file paths in the workspace files, but BK just cannot re-create any workspace.

I will put this on my TODO list. I was not aware of an issue (or issues) surrounding workspace file loading. Thanks for letting me know about this.

Please use the released version (3.3.4) if you need workspace functionality. Anything newer than 3.3.4 is not released; meaning that newer versions are either alpha or beta software (with known bugs being fixed).

Hi Alan,

also version 3.3.4 throws that error, but it looks like one of our PCs is not getting the errors. The only difference with that one PC are the region settings (German Windows environment with German keyboard and so on). The PCs that are throwing the error have mixed regions settings (e.g., US-English Windows with German keyboard) and that might be an issue.

I now have an open call for volunteers related to the workspace saving and loading. If you or anyone else is willing to spend some time helping me track down exactly which data objects are not saving/loading correctly (in a reproducible way) then I'll be able to help fix the issue(s) raised.
