Hi Martin,

Thanks a lot for your reply, it drives me to the solution of the issue.

Looking at the nodes where the problem occur, I found out that in one of the meshes the coordinates of a node does not match with the same node of the other meshes(I don't know why seeing that I used the same line, but I guess I made a mistake somewhere).

So I edited them (changing the coordinates) and then merged again and now it works properly!!

As a first step, I would need to narrow down the issue and create something that I can reproduce here on my end. Are you willing to spend some time helping me build something that can be reproduced? I am currently using BK 3.11.13... likely you are using something older... Kindly, Alan

Seems to me that you had the same or at least a similar issue while meshing the lagoon last week. Incidentally I was not able to replicate the problem with the files you posted. Cheers... Martin
