Hi everyone,

I got an error message when i try to extract a time serie from a selafin within Blueckenue.

ExtractTimeSeries(): ERROR: location is not within the grid

I use a selafin (*.res) with a lot of time series (H, V, Q ...).

1) I first clic on the item I want to use : Q for exemple
2) Tools > Extract Time serie > along a line
3) I cselect the line.i2s and clic on "ok"
4) ERROR message


Have you an idea about how to fix this error ?

I tried something :

1) Draw un line (File > New > open line ...)
2) Clic on the "new_line" and Tools > TimesSeries > Resample
It creates a "resampled_new_line"


Then, I applied the methodology previously decribed :
1) I first clic on the item I want to use : Q for exemple
2) Tools > Extract Time serie > along a line
3) I select the "resampled_new_line" and clic on "ok"

An it creates a *.ts5 file.

But I need a *.ts3 file : a time serie about the discharge that cross my section.


Can you tell me how to do that ?

Okay !
This time I found the solution

I read the wrong part from the user manual. I join the good part: §1.6.5.10 Extraction Integrals.



I have not to use Tools > Extract Time serie > along a line but Tools > Integrate alone Line...
