TOPIC: Data extraction with time in "seconds" instead of date format

Data extraction with time in "seconds" instead of date format 4 years 5 months ago #34914

Hi,

Is there a way to extract the time series with the first column being time in seconds instead of "date and time"?

Many thanks!
Ananth.

Not as far as I know off the top of my head. How many seconds should 2019/11/21 11:09AM be? Should the seconds be relative to the first time/date of your file? Maybe give an example of what you are looking for...

Kindly,
Alan

Hi Alan,

My simulations use a very small timestep ~0.01sec. The extracted time series would only have time printed with least count of 1sec. So I wanted to know if there was any option to print time with increments of the timestep in seconds.

Thanks,
Ananth.

Remove the "ORIGINAL DATE OF TIME" keyword from your .cas file and Blue Kenue will treat the timestamp as a time.
