Dear all,

How can I export my mesh to google earth .kml format? My projection is in UTM, zone 46N and the datum is WGS_84. I prepared the mesh in Blue kenue, the files are attached here. As I tried to import the mesh to kml format, it says the co-ordinate should be lat-long format. My mesh has x-y co-ordinate. So, how can I transform from UTM, x-y to lat-long co-ordinate in Blue kenue?

And another question, Can I export my mesh to view in ArcMap?

Thank you.
Karki

Hi Karki,

Use the spatial tab on your grids property pages
to set and convert coordinate systems. Please
Read The Fine Blue Kenue Manual starting at page 25.

ArcMap does not support the concept of a mesh very well
(if at all). At least that was the situation until a
couple of years ago.
One thing you can do is save the mesh as a point file
then save that as a shape file.

Hope this helps... Martin
