Hi:
I compiled helemac with wintel(gitlab.pam-retd.fr/otm/wintel),but when tested using the following command like in the instruction manual, there was an error like this picture
telemac2d t2d_gouttedo.cas
I don't know why this happened and how to solve it

You can try:
add -c path\to\configfile

or run it with runcode.py:
runcode.py telemac2d casfile.cas
