Where I can find the explanation of the variables for SISYPHE output.

For example,
(from SISYPHE user manual)
VARIABLES FOR GRAPHIC PRINTOUTS : 'U,V,S,Z,H,B,N,P,D,K'

I could guess U,V are velocity, H are depth, and the others variables means are un clear for me.

(from example of River-arc)

VARIABLES POUR LES SORTIES GRAPHIQUES =
'1A*,U,V,H,S,B,E,TOB,QSBL'

(from example of Yen)
VARIABLES FOR GRAPHIC PRINTOUTS =
'U,V,S,E,H,B,KS,CS1,TOB,M,N,P'

I also don't know the other varables meaning. I check the user manual also don't have explanation for that.

Its anybody could help me about that?

Variables are defined in the Reference Manual.
From the version 6.0 document I'm using, page 65/66:

- U: Velocity along x axis (m/s),
- V: Velocity along y axis (m/s),
- C: Water wave celerity (m/s),
- H: Water depth (m),
- S: Free surface elevation (m),
- B: Bottom elevation (m),
- F: Froude number,
- Q: Scalar flowrate of fluid (m2/s),
- T*: Tracer number * (T1 means first tracer)
- K: Turbulent energy of k-e model (J/kg),
- E: Dissipation of turbulent energy (W/kg),
- D: Turbulent viscosity of k-e model (m2/s),
- I: Flowrate along x axis (m2/s),
- J: Flowrate along y axis (m2/s),
- M: Scalar velocity (m/s),
- X: Wind along x axis (m/s),
- Y: Wind along y axis (m/s),
- P: Air pressure (Pa),
- W: Friction coefficient on the bottom,
- A: Drift along X (m),
- G: Drift along Y (m),
- L: Courant number,
- N: User variable,
- O: User variable,
- R: User variable,
- Z: User variable,
- MAXZ : will give the maximum elevation (high water mark)
- TMXZ : will give the time of high water mark.
- MAXV : maximum velocity (in norm).
- TMXV : time of maximum velocity.
- US : friction velocity

Dear Daskamoto

Thanks, But that is for the TELEMAC2D or 3D, not for the Variables in the SISYPHE module.

Although some of the are the same, there still have several not clear?

such as TOB,QSBL.

Regards

Dear Harryyao,
please find below the meaning of printouts variables from Sisyphe.

What is very useful is to take a look to the 'dictionary' file 'sisyphe.dico', were a lot of information can be extracted.
For v6p3, it can be found at: .../sources/sisyphe/sisyphe.dico
For v6p2, at /sisyphe/sisyphe_v6p2/lib/sisyphev6p2.dico

Success,

Pablo
