Hello,

I am doing a series of morphological computations using the the COMPUTATION CONTINUED function using v8p4. In the past (can't readily recall version), CUMULATIVE BED EVOLUTION was always limited by sediment thickness/rigid bed definition. Now (v8p4) erosion from CUMUL BED EVOL variable can easily exceed the RIGID BED elevation (I have computation listings that exceed -100m cumulative erosion after 5 years).

In the meantime, BOTTOM variable does not reflect the unreasonable BED EVOLUTION. That makes me believe that CUMUL BED EVOL is accumulated after each COMPUTATION continuation and NOT rebased each time with respect to the original BOTTOM variable in the GEOMETRY FILE, i.e. BOTTOM(computation) - BOTTOM(geometry file).

Is this now the expected behavior or is this a bug in the code?

Best Regards,
Costas
