It seems not related to TELEMAC2D, nor SISYPHE but it seems related to your MPI installation.

I strongly suggest to look at gitlab.pam-retd.fr/otm/wintel (which rely on msmpi instead of mpich).

I do not think it is related because it runs perfectly when I run a telemac2d simulation without coupling with sisyphe.

Try to use a debug build and DEBUGGER=1 to raise a proper stacktrace and print faulty subroutine

Okay I think I found.
My simulation crashes at CONLIM, so I supposed the problem was from my boundary conditions. I openned my .cli file and changed the number of the column LIEBOR,LICBOR from 2 to 5 for inflow boundary and 4 for outflow boundary.
Now it runs.
