I deleted some coordinates to stay under 23 and I uploaded a new cas file with 30 coordinates.

It crash because of a source point (27 outside of the domain)...
I change the ordinates from 51063.xxx to 51053.xxx and it works.
Computation convergence impose to reduce time step to 5s. Probably due to quite high discharge in the 10 last sources

Time step doesn't change anything to the problem of sources...
Try to run a full clean compilation of telemac...
